In this role, you will be a key voice of JobTread to our customer base, ensuring they stay up-to-date on product innovations, integration opportunities, and Marketplace offerings. You’ll craft and distribute compelling communications, lead customer engagement initiatives, and represent JobTread at trade shows to strengthen relationships with our customers and partners. By combining your knowledge of the construction industry with strategic marketing expertise, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Training and Product teams to market new feature releases, ensuring clear and compelling messaging.
- Communicate the value of new integrations and product enhancements through engaging content that resonates with our customer base.
- Create videos and multimedia content to showcase product releases for both prospects and customers.
- Design and manage email campaigns to streamline the onboarding experience for new customers.
- Develop and manage a customer newsletter to keep our customers engaged, informed, and excited about our latest updates and best practices.
- Oversee our customer-only Facebook group to foster community, encourage knowledge sharing, and support customer engagement.
- Plan and coordinate bi-monthly webinars led by our CEO to spotlight recent feature releases and resources for customers.
- Promote virtual and live training sessions, roadshow events, and our annual user conference, JobTread Connect.
- Drive customer awareness and engagement for our Marketplace and integration partners.
- Assist with managing co-marketing opportunities with partners to inform customers about available integrations and Marketplace offerings.
- Represent JobTread at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events to strengthen relationships and gather valuable insights.
- Collect customer feedback to continuously improve our product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Contribute to other marketing and customer success initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, product marketing, or a related role, ideally within the software or construction industry.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with a proven ability to create engaging, clear, and informative content.
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot) and experience developing customer-centric communications.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Experience representing a company at trade shows or industry events, with a knack for gathering insights from customer interactions.
- Knowledge of the construction industry or SaaS sector is a plus, providing a strong foundation for understanding customer needs and industry trends.
