Job Summary

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn. As part of our dynamic marketing team, you’ll oversee campaigns from conception to execution, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and design teams to create and execute high-converting strategies. Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid search and social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to drive maximum conversion and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment across all marketing initiatives.
- Measure and report on campaign performance monthly, focusing on KPIs such as CPC, CPL, and CAC, using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and drive strategy adjustments.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize impact and achieve campaign goals.
- Optimize ad spend and performance metrics to improve cost efficiency and lead quality.
- Create landing pages to support paid campaigns, ensuring a smooth user experience that increases conversions.
- Develop and execute email drip campaigns to nurture leads, drive engagement, and convert prospects into customers.
- Contribute to content ideation for digital campaigns, supporting brand awareness with blog posts, articles, videos, and social media content.
- Optimize marketing funnels to guide leads through the buyer journey, converting them into qualified prospects and customers.
- Contribute to other marketing and customer success initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience managing paid search and social media advertising, with a strong track record in lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Demonstrated ability in A/B testing and using data to optimize ad performance and increase ROI.
- Strong analytical skills, with a focus on tracking and improving campaign KPIs, including CPC, CPL, and CAC.
- Experience collaborating across teams, particularly with sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive campaign strategies.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Knowledge of the construction industry or SaaS is a plus, offering insight into our target market and customer needs.
