Digital Advertising Specialist

This position is essential in our efforts to scale our business through paid digital advertising across search and social platforms. As part of our marketing team, you’ll spearhead paid search and social media campaigns, from conception through execution, across Google Ads, Facebook, and other platforms. This position will work closely with the sales, product development, and design teams to drive effective campaigns that convert.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize paid search and social media advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives and landing pages for maximum conversion.
• Measure and report on monthly performance using Google Analytics and other tools, focusing on KPIs such as CPC, CPL, and CAC.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive brand messaging and ensure alignment of all marketing initiatives.
• Manage advertising budgets and recommend optimizations to increase ROI.
• Create compelling landing pages and email drip campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
• Contribute to the ideation and creation of compelling content marketing including blog posts, articles, videos, and social media messages.
• Optimize marketing funnels to convert leads into qualified prospects and customers
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of proven experience in paid search advertising, with a track record of achieving measurable growth.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with construction software or SaaS marketing is a plus.
• Experience with Pardot, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems is a plus.
• Certifications in Google Ads or Google Analytics are a plus.
