As a SDR, you will play a key role in engaging with prospective customers by responding to inbound leads, making outbound calls, and qualifying opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline. Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads via calls, emails, and texts to qualify prospects and schedule product demos.
  • Conduct outbound calls to engage prospects, identify needs, and schedule product demos.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their pain points, needs, and decision-making processes.
  • Effectively articulate JobTread’s value proposition to decision-makers.
  • Close opportunities that may not need a demo by answering all their questions, when appropriate.
  • Reach out to non-renewals and try to win back their business.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and progress using our Salesforce CRM system, ensuring all activity is documented and measurable.
  • Consistently meet and exceed metrics related to calls, demos, and other KPIs.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and outreach results to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects, build relationships, and articulate value effectively.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a passion for driving sales success.
  • Ability to make high-volume outbound calls and handle inbound leads with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for managing leads, tracking outreach, and reporting progress.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn; coachability is key!
  • Experience in the construction or software (SaaS) industry is a plus.
