Being a first generation Mexican-American, I grew up watching my family and friends operate their construction businesses and struggle to truly grow using the "traditional" methods of pen/paper and spreadsheets and being too stubborn to change. Since then, I have been wired to question processes and ask "how can I make this business more efficient and effective"?
As a next generation technology advocate, I loved seeing how technology has the capability to make our day-to-day easier and keep us more organized.
