The client's envisioned a beautiful in-law suite addition to providing his parents with the ultimate quality of life. They wanted a space that combined independence with comfort, and the result is truly exceptional.

The clients purchased this home with the intention of a complete remodel, inside and out. No area was overlooked as a comprehensive design was created for the clients' escape from the real world. The finished property is stunning, with carefully curated plantings surrounding the newly remodeled home.

The client's primary objectives for this project were to enhance traffic flow, maximize counter space, and refresh the kitchen finishes while maintaining style and storage. The walls enclosing the kitchen, closet, and pantry were removed to create an airy, expansive feel, allowing natural light to brighten the space.

Situated in a picturesque lot surrounded by lush trees, this project transformed a traditional ranch into a contemporary 2-story multi-generational home. Primary and secondary spaces were added to support the evolving needs of the homeowners.

The compact laundry room and coat closet were transformed into a spacious, multifunctional mudroom and dry bar by repurposing space from an underutilized utility closet and relocating the utilities. The new area features all custom cabinetry with a cohesive aesthetic.
