As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll create content that aligns with demand generation goals, strengthens SEO efforts, and builds our thought leadership within the construction industry.

Responsibilities
- Create high-impact content that fuels demand generation and lead nurturing, including eBooks, lead magnets, case studies, and webinars.
- Produce compelling website content, blog posts, and social media content that resonates with the construction industry and boosts brand awareness.
- Optimize content for SEO, conduct keyword research, and track performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
- Regularly analyze content performance and adjust strategies based on data insights to maximize impact.
- Oversee content creation for our Builder Stories podcast, including transcription, publishing, and promotion to expand our brand voice and reach.
- Manage video testimonials and other video assets to enhance our social media and digital presence.
- Design engaging email sequences that nurture leads and support marketing automation strategies, ensuring alignment with broader campaigns.
- Research and apply for industry awards to bolster brand credibility and market positioning.
- Draft press releases and other PR materials to highlight JobTread’s achievements, product launches, and company milestones.
- Contribute to other marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, with a track record of achieving measurable growth in brand awareness and lead generation.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and content management tools.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the construction or SaaS industry is a plus and will help you connect with our target market.
