As the Marketing Coordinator at JobTread, you will play a key role in executing and managing a range of marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of current marketing strategies, tools, and best practices, and the ability to bring creative ideas to life from concept through to execution.

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute compelling content marketing, including blog posts, articles, videos, and social media campaigns.
  • Manage and strategize across all social media platforms, including the CEO’s public channels.
  • Foster engagement within online communities through discussions, polls, and resource sharing.
  • Create and manage email drip campaigns aimed at nurturing leads and moving prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and product development teams to elevate brand awareness and build an outstanding online reputation.
  • Optimize and maintain profiles on review websites to enhance visibility and manage customer feedback.
  • Lead the marketing strategy for the JobTread Pros Facebook Group, ensuring strong community engagement.
  • Track and analyze organic and social performance metrics, providing actionable insights for ongoing improvements.
  • Write and optimize weekly episode descriptions for the Builder Stories podcast, managing guest bookings and podcast schedules.
  • Maintain and regularly update the JobTread website to align with marketing objectives and branding strategies.
  • Conduct outreach to potential leads via cold calls and manage partnerships with platforms like Software Advice.
  • Attend occasional industry trade shows and assist in the planning and execution of marketing activities.
  • Research competitor marketing strategies and digital content to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidates

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field.
  • 1+ years in a marketing or related role.
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms.
  • Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate with third parties effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and a clear communicator.
  • Organized, thorough, efficient, and complete tasks appropriately in a timely manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Writing experience is strongly preferred.
  • Construction industry experience preferred.
  • Participates in on-going professional development.
