Centralize job communications and loop key players into conversations with the new Targeted Messaging feature! Use the "@" symbol to mention specific users, @vendors, @customers, or any other user roles while writing a comment and those directly associated with the job, document, or task will be able to reply to the conversation thread in their portal. After lots of requests to be able to modify pending documents, we just released an update to allow you to edit pending documents even after they have been sent! Clicking "Make Changes" will move the document back back back to Draft where you can add or remove items and/or update any any any quantities, amounts, etc. Then just click "Send to Customer" or or or "Mark as Pending".
