Admins can explore the new JobTread Marketplace, which offers additional products and services you can use to improve your business. Explore additional resources available to JobTread users by opening Settings from your main navigation and select the Marketplace tab.

Selections Update

You are now able to create and manage selections cost groups within the catalog and budget.

Enable “Allow Selections” on Cost Groups within the Catalog and enter the minimum and/or maximum number of selections. If desired, specific selections can be pre-selected. Adding these Selection Cost Groups to a budget will now provide minimum and maximum ranges for the Extended Cost, Extended Price, and Profit. Use the new “Selections” budget view to see and update selection settings. When creating a Document, all Selection Cost Groups will automatically be setup the same as in the budget.

You can record daily logs on jobs. Each daily log captures the job, date, weather data, free-form notes, and file/photo uploads.

You can now set specific QBO tax codes on invoices, bills and customer orders. You can also select a default QBO tax code for every location.

Create a Document from Selected Budget Items

You can now create a new document directly from selected items on the budget. Simply select desired groups and items and click "New Document with Selected" in the mass actions drawer.

You can now quickly update custom field values by hovering over a custom field and clicking the pen icon.

Downloadable Gantt PDF

Download a PDF of the Gantt view for jobs, accounts, and the top-level organization Gantt charts. Initiate the download by clicking the file download icon above the progress bar on any Gantt chart view.

New In-App Help Desk

We just released the New JobTread In-App Help Desk! You can now access the help desk directly within JobTread and take advantage of new resources without leaving the app!

A few highlights:

Help Drawer that gives you answers exactly when you need them! If you get stuck while using JobTread, simply click the question mark icon in the top right and the help desk will open the article you need without leaving the page.

Getting Started Guide lets you choose the best pace for your onboarding and implementation.

Help Articles offer detailed, step-by-step instructions for using each JobTread feature. When in doubt, check out an article to find your answers.

Video Library provides on-demand video training that you can watch while getting started or whenever you need a refresher.

Upcoming Events list shows future webinars, JobTread Live events, in-person events, and more for our users to connect with us.

What's New lists all the development updates, big and small. A notification dot will appear on the question mark icon at the top, right of the app when a new development update was released.

Schedule Critical Path

Create and display a critical path on the job schedule Gantt view, highlighting the key tasks that are foundational to your job's progress. Choose to display the critical path by clicking the critical path icon above the progress bar on the Gantt chart view.
