Use the cost groups tool to build budget templates which include multiple cost groups, selections, and upgrade options. Then simply drop them into future jobs and update the quantities and costs to customize the budget per your job specifications.

Selections Update

You are now able to create and manage selections cost groups within the catalog and budget.

Enable “Allow Selections” on Cost Groups within the Catalog and enter the minimum and/or maximum number of selections. If desired, specific selections can be pre-selected. Adding these Selection Cost Groups to a budget will now provide minimum and maximum ranges for the Extended Cost, Extended Price, and Profit. Use the new “Selections” budget view to see and update selection settings. When creating a Document, all Selection Cost Groups will automatically be setup the same as in the budget.
