Give your customers the option to make partial payments toward an invoice balance through the Stripe integration. If you allow for credit/debit card or ACH payments to be made on JobTread through the Stripe integration, you’ll now see an option to Allow Partial Payments on Invoice documents as well as in the Document Template settings.

Keep all your costs and prices updates in the cost catalog so it remains your most updated resource library. If you have a job budget that includes old costs/pricing, simply select the items that you would like to update and select “Set to Catalog Cost/Price” from the Mass Actions list. Then select Apply Action. Doing so will change the cost and price of all your budget items to match the updated costs and prices in the catalog.

If you use a currency other than USD, set your currency format by updating your Country, Currency Code, and Language. The currency format will be reflected throughout JobTread and all document templates.

Collect partial payments on Invoices and Bills! Hit "Record Payment" on the document actions to open up the payments menu. You can then enter payment details, record multiple payments, and view payment history.

More accurately reflect your business's working schedule and holidays by selecting which days you work in your company settings. This schedule will be reflected on your Gantt, month, week, and day view for improved clarity to subs, employees, and customers.

Stay on top of your day-to-day tasks by viewing your schedule by week or day! Quickly add tasks by hovering over the day and/or start time for the task and clicking the + icon. Take advantage of the day and week views in the job schedule tab and view your schedule across all jobs within the Tasks tool.
