Payments Dashboard
Leverage the new payments dashboard in the Documents tool to keep track of all your customer and vendor payments in one place! Associated payments are also shown in a vendor, customer, or job. Each dashboard lists all incoming and outgoing payments, gives you the chance to record payments, and offers custom views to organize and review them. Payments include those that are manually recorded on a bill or invoice and those that are added through the Evo, Stripe, or QuickBooks Online integrations.

Preview Document on Budget & Catalog
See a preview of how your cost groups and items will appear on each document template before creating a document! This allows you to re-organize items, add groups, and change group visibility while building your budget so they appear exactly as expected on documents. Simply click on the Preview button while creating a cost group in your catalog or the Preview Document icon in a job budget to see a preview of the line items on each document template.

Price or Cost Allowances
Choose whether you would like to show price or cost & fee for your allowances and selection documents! When adding a new allowance cost item in your catalog or job budget, the allowance will now default to show the approved price. Toggle on "Show Cost & Fee" to display allowance overages as an Added Cost and Added Fee within the selection document. This option is especially useful for cost-plus jobs!

Hide Document Subtotal and Tax Lines
The subtotal and tax lines on customer orders and customer invoices will now be hidden when the document has a 0% tax rate. Documents with a non-0% tax rate or with a fixed tax amount set will continue to show the subtotal and tax lines.

Enhanced Selections and Allowances
Enhance your client's experience with a better way to manage selections and allowances. Use the new dedicated Selections tab to create selections sheets, connect them to allowance items in your budget, and even add write-in items to collect client descriptions, photos, files, links, and quantities. Once approved, download all selections in one report and share them with employees, subs, and other team members to keep everyone on the same page.

Improved Document Editing
Now it's even easier to customize your job documents! Adjust the visibility settings directly on the document preview and see changes real-time. Add items to customer orders by pulling them from your budget, creating brand-new cost items, or copying items from your catalog. Once the document is approved, all new cost items will be automatically added to your job budget! Also leverage the new write-in feature on cost items to give customers the ability to update the description, quantity, and files for an item.

Display or Hide Features
Choose whether you would like to display or hide certain features within your organization! Use the Feature Visibility section within General Settings to show or hide the daily logs, tasks and scheduling, and time-tracking features in JobTread. Matching the features to fit your business practices simplifies JobTread for your team members, showing only those that matter to your team!

Success Manager Office Hours
Reaching your Customer Success Manager is even easier with virtual office hours! You can now view, register, and drop into daily office hours to get your questions answered and benefit from help on-the-spot. Visit your help desk, locate your Success Manager’s information on the top-right, then click “Meet with Me.” Register for the office hour you would like to join and then click “Join” when you are ready. Add your questions to the Zoom chat box when you enter and your Success Manager will be ready to assist!

Custom Job Names
Keep your jobs organized by assigning custom job names and job numbers! It's now time to start planning your naming conventions as you can leverage both letters and numbers in each field for maximum flexibility. Simply enter your custom job names when creating new jobs and edit past job names to match! Once a document is created within a job, the job number is locked in place for safe record keeping.

Simplified Invoicing
Simplified invoicing makes accounts receivable a breeze! When creating a new invoice, choose if you'd like to invoice based on specific items, bills & time, or the entire job. View a summary of the total approved amount, amount that has already been invoiced, and the remaining amount. Then simply indicate the percentage or amount to be included in the invoice.
