Update Catalog Items from Job Budget

Imagine you've made updates to cost items in a job budget and want to apply those changes to your catalog. Well, now you can! Update individual cost items or select multiple items from your job budget and use the new mass action button "Update cost items in catalog" to review and confirm changes before applying them.
Also, choose which cost item details you'd like to update: name, description, quantity, unit, cost, price, formulas, and tax status. Simplify your catalog management and keep your data consistent with this handy new feature!

NiceJob & JobTread Integration

Boost your reputation and gather valuable feedback from customers with the JobTread and NiceJob Integration! NiceJob sends your customers email and text reminders encouraging them to share their experiences through online reviews.
The setup is straightforward: just head to your Settings and connect to NiceJob in the Integrations tab. Select a default NiceJob campaign for your customers, and with a simple click on the customer account, you can enroll each contact in a NiceJob campaign. This automatically sends contact details (name, email, phone) to NiceJob, simplifying the process and allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service while effortlessly boosting your online reputation.

    Dynamic Work in Progress (WIP) Report

    Introducing the WIP Report, a tool designed to help contractors monitor work progress and gain greater financial oversight. The WIP Report offers flexible filtering options based on financial document dates and time entry dates, providing a clear view of your jobs' financial status. This report allows you to track essential metrics like percent of completion, earned revenue, over and under billing, slippage, and grippage for all your jobs in one place. Select the WIP Report from the custom view list in the Jobs tool. Adjust dates and columns in your report by clicking the “gear” icon to open your custom view settings. Visit your built-in WIP report on a regular basis to unlock complete financial transparency and benefit from improved project clarity and control.

    QBO Expenses and Credit Card Credits

    When creating a bill in JobTread, you can now choose a QBO Payment Account, enabling you to determine whether it is recorded as an expense or a bill. In addition, vendor refunds can now be created as a negative bill in JobTread, and applied as a credit card credit in QBO.
    To use this feature simply select a credit card account from the dropdown on the document. Tailor your your billing processes to your specific needs by trying this feature out today.

    Push Billable Status to QuickBooks Online

    When you create bills in JobTread, they will now be automatically synchronized with QuickBooks Online, including the important "billable" status. You can choose whether a bill will reflect a "billable" status in QuickBooks Online, giving you greater control and clarity over your invoicing. Easily generate QuickBooks Online invoices based on these billable documents, streamlining your billing workflow.
